Paneer Tikka

    
             You can make this dish as a starter or party snacks. It doesn't take much time & is not even tiring. Your friends will enjoy it !!!!

              Lets see how it is made.






Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Paneer cubes
  • 1 Capsicum diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 cup Thick yoghurt
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • oil
  • Kasuri methi

Method:
  • In a large bowl (which can accommodate your veggies also), take yoghurt, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, kasuri methi & ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  • Add all your diced veggies to this yoghurt mixture. Mix well. Be careful with the paneer. If mixed harshly, the paneer might break.
  • Let this marinate rest for 1 hour atleast. More marinating time will be better.
  • After marinating it for 1 hour, put the veggies in skewers.
  • In a wide pan, add some oil. Heat it. Put the skewers in the oil. Cook from all sides till golden colored.
  • Enjoy this with coriander - mint chutney.
Tips:
  • You can also add veggies of your choice to the marinade.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on the ready paneer tikkas for extra flavor.
