walnut pieces leaving some aside.

Fill 1/4th of the cupcake moulds with the batter.
Top it up with leftover chocolate chips & walnuts.
Bake it in oven for 25-30 mins or until toothpick
inserted in it comes out clean.

Tips:

  • You can also make normal cake out of this batter.
  • If you feel the mixture is too dry, add a tbsp. oil in the cake batter & mix.
  • Check if the cupcake is cooked by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, cake is cooked.
  • If you don't have readily available chocolate chips. Just take a chocolate bar of your choice & chop it roughly to get chocolate chunks. Use this instead. I have also used the same.
  • You can also add other dry fruits of your choice.
