Garlicky Mushrooms

     
            Garlic mushrooms is one of the very famous menu item served in Spanish Tapas restaurants. Its really simple to make & delicious. Not much ingredients needed. It is also a nice tea time snack since can be made in a jiffy. Lets start cooking.


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
  • Butter 2 tbsp.
  • Button Mushrooms 250 gms sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 2 big cloves chopped finely
  • Chili Flakes to taste
  • Italian herbs like dried oregano, dried basil etc. - Optional
Method:
  • Heat a non stick pan. Add butter to it.
  • Add finely chopped garlic cloves. Sauté for 40 seconds.
  • Add sliced mushrooms. Stir.
  • Add salt to taste & chili flakes. Stir.
  • Cook on medium - high flame for 4 to minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.
  • Add Italian herbs for extra taste. Its optional.
  • Serve hot immediately !!
Tips:
  • Use oil - butter combo or just oil instead of butter.
