Stuffed Eggs



                Stuffed Eggs is a great snack to have at tea time.  You can also make it as a starter for your parties. Try it !!





Ingredients:
  • Small Onion Chopped finely
  • 4 Boiled eggs
  • 1 Egg
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Turmeric
  • 1 Green Chili chopped finely
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method:
  • Cut the boiled egg in half. Remove its yellow part in a bowl. Keep its white part aside.
  • Add chopped onion, 1 tsp Red chili powder, pinch of turmeric, 1/2 tsp garam masala, chopped green chili, 1/2 tsp coriander pwdr, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves & Salt to the yellow part. Mix it well.
  • Stuff it in the white part.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.
  • Dip this stuffed eggs in the whisked egg & shallow fry it from all sides.
  • Serve hot !!
Tips:
  • I generally like spicy food. So have added the spices according to my taste. But if you like it less spicy, you can reduce the amount of spices.
