Chicken stir fried noodles

 
                 Generally when I am tired & want to eat some tasty food. I cook this. Its filling & tasty & made in flat 30 minutes. Check out the recipe.





Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
  • Chicken Breast 1/2 cup
  • Boiled noodles 1 cup (Any noodles of your choice)
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/3 red pepper sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 carrot sliced
  • Garlic
  • Chinese chilli sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Corn Flour
  • black pepper mix
  • 3 tsp spring onion
Method:
  • Boil noodles as per packet instructions. Drain excess water from boiled noodles. Drizzle 1 tsp oil on the cooked & drained noodles.
  • Cut chicken in to small bite size cubes. Add 1 tsp Soya sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, salt, 1 tsp corn flour and marinate for about an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry till chicken gets nice golden color from both the sides. Remove on a paper towel. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, sliced onion, red pepper, carrot and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add spring onion, cabbage and cook for 10 seconds.
  • Add fried chicken, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, some black pepper mix and noodles. Stir well.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions greens.
